Verbie was just your average, middle-aged guy living a comfortable life as a proud father, devoted husband, and successful salesman. But all that changed when his buddy challenged him to do the unthinkable - complete a triathlon in 2016. Despite not having swum since his marine corps days, barely jogging to grab his next beer, and not even owning a bike, Verbie rose to the challenge and accomplished the impossible!
That one bet ignited a fire within Verbie, pushing him to take on some of the world's most extreme triathlons, including the Arizona Xtreme Triathlon, Norseman, Black lake, and the legendary Himalayan Xtri. People were in awe of his sheer determination and courage, as he pushed himself beyond his limits to conquer each and every one of these grueling tests of endurance.
